Growing up with a single mother, I saw first hand the struggle of raising children with little support. It's an overwhelming and often impossible task. That experience inspired me to dedicate myself to supporting and working with women so they can feel empowered, supported, and capable on their journeys.
It would be my honour to support you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Every birth is unique and every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and respected—no matter where or how they choose to give birth. I offer care for home births, hospital births, and everything in between, always centring your choices without judgment.
Birth unfolds in many ways, and understanding both physiological birth and the medical system allows me to support you in navigating your options with clarity and confidence.
During labor, I hold space for you and your support team, facilitating clear communication with your providers and encouraging a strong foundation of informed consent. My care extends into the postpartum period, ensuring you feel supported as you and your baby transition into this new chapter.

A Note to My Community:
I offer discounted care for those who may not be able to afford standard doula fees. If this applies to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I also provide individual services, so feel free to contact me to discuss what specific support you need.

Sabrina has shared her heart through out the most treasured times of my pregnancy and once my child arrived!
